A B2B production and delivery tool that helps established Ukrainian media outlets produce short-form and long-form videos from their own editorial articles and publish them to their own YouTube channels and websites — with editorial oversight retained by the publisher at every step.
Editorial Transform is a video production workstation for publishers. It takes a publisher's own editorial articles and assembles them into multiple formats — vertical Shorts, horizontal landscape videos, and multi-story digest compilations — and, if the publisher's editor approves, delivers them to the publisher's own YouTube channel via OAuth 2.0. Every step is initiated and controlled by the publisher's editorial team.
Editors initiate and review every video from the publisher's own article. AI is used as an assistive tool for summarization, voice-over, and visual assembly — not as an autonomous content generator.
Videos publish directly to the partner publisher's own YouTube channel. We do not operate any content channels ourselves.
Editors can rewrite the AI-drafted script, adjust subtitles, swap photos, upload their own visuals, edit the poster title, and re-render — before anything is published. Nothing is locked, nothing is autonomous.
We use AI as an assistive production tool under editorial oversight — script drafting, voice-over synthesis, and visual composition — always initiated and reviewed by the publisher's editorial team. Every published video is disclosed as containing altered or synthetic elements at the API level and in the video description, in full compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines on synthetic media.
Verified Ukrainian news outlets currently using Editorial Transform.
Editorial Transform delivers approved videos to the publisher's own audience across multiple channels. YouTube is the primary channel for reach to mobile video audiences — other channels complement but do not replace it.
Every approved video uploads to the publisher's own YouTube channel via OAuth 2.0, targeting the mobile short-form video audience. YouTube is our primary distribution channel — the main reason we operate this platform.
An embeddable JavaScript widget lets each publisher place their video feed directly on their own website (horizontal scroll, hover preview, share, like). Videos stream from our infrastructure to their readers with no third-party dependency.
The publisher's verified channel administrator authorizes our app via Google's OAuth flow with youtube.upload scope.
The publisher's editorial team selects one of their own published articles as source. AI-assisted script drafting, voice-over synthesis, and visual assembly run per editor's request.
Every video appears in the publisher's admin dashboard with a preview player. Editor can rewrite the AI-drafted script, adjust subtitles, swap or upload photos, edit the poster title, and re-render as many times as needed — or reject entirely.
Approved video — vertical Short, horizontal landscape, or multi-story digest — uploads to the publisher's own YouTube channel with alteredOrSyntheticContent = true, a source-article link, and a synthetic-media disclosure in the description.
Every upload is logged with source URL, editor identity, and timestamp. Publisher can revoke OAuth access instantly from Google Account settings.
Editorial Transform is a personal product built and operated by one media professional — not a startup with a team.
20+ years scaling Ukrainian digital publishers. Designed, built, and operates Editorial Transform personally, for the newsroom peers I've worked alongside for years.
alteredOrSyntheticContent = true at the API level, and the description contains a plain-language disclosure of AI-assisted voice-over and text summarization. For publisher partnerships, technical questions, or data requests:
